Probot works on a 'pay as you go' subscription service priced in days. Once your Probot account is active we will send you an email and your Service will commences only from the point of registration.

You can also pre-buy ahead of the expiry of an existing subscription to avoid disruption to your membership. You are automatically informed of when your subscription is due to expire and subscriptions last for the set number of days you have bought. There is no need to cancel long term subscriptions as these are one off payments. All paying subscribers are able to install multiple copies of the software on more than one computer without additional charge using the same Betfair username when subscribed.

Once active you have the full range of betting systems to personalise with you own selections, tipping services

There is no limit to how many copies you make on one computer however due to possiable Betfair charges we recommend that each betfair account use upto 5 copies of Probot at the same time. That a possiable 30 staking plans all working at the same time for you.

WHAT TO EXPECT

After you have completed your order you will immediately directed to an area where you can download your software. Shortly afterwards you should receive an email advising you that your account is now active. If you don't immediately receive an email, please wait a short while as it can take us upto 24 hours for us to register your betfair Username.

Cancellation and Refund policy

These terms represent our formal position on the use of this website and service subscriptions. Please read them carefully before extensively using this site or engaging in a subscription.

Under distance selling regulations you have a 7 working days in which time you may cancel your order and request a refund.

Information services are processed the same day and sent via e-mail

Please allow upto 24-48 hours excluding weekend and public holidays for the processing and activation of any software used. Orders recieved after 10am friday may not be processed until the following monday
